BELLEVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) – Belleville board members passed new design mandates for houses and duplexes on Monday, aiming to prevent neighborhoods from looking identical to one another.
Officials said they want new subdivisions to have more variety in housing after receiving complaints regarding several recent builds looking almost identical.
