(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A pedestrian was seriously injured by a driver who fled the scene near the Citadel Mall.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), shortly after 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, officers responded to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian on Galley Road just east of Academy Boulevard. The initial investigation revealed a car was westbound on Galley when it hit a pedestrian.
