Martin Quinones Hernandez, 21, of Smyrna, is accused of firing a gun near his vehicle on Aug. 23 at 4:58 a.m. at a residence at 551 Norton Circle, Smyrna, near Norton Elementary School, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The firing of the gun was captured on video. Hernandez then fled in his black Ford F-150 pickup truck, according to the warrant.
