Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – Buffalo Public Schools have released a redacted report that concludes that sexual harassment claims against School Board member Muki Hawkins could not be substantiated. But the attorney representing two female district employees tells WBEN there is more to come.
“It’s far from over,” said attorney John Elmore. “I can tell you that the two women that we represent stand by the truth of the allegations in the notice of claim. These two women are professional, educated women who put their lives at stake, knowing that standing up for themselves, that they would be challenged.
Elmore said within the next 30 days, both women are expected to give testimony, under oath, and after that a civil lawsuit will be filed…
