BROWNSBURG, Ind. — A 23-year-old man was arrested on drug charges Tuesday morning after an officer found a car in Brownsburg blocking traffic with the driver asleep at the wheel.
According to the Brownsburg Police Department, K9 Officer Sarena Clay and her partner, Martel, responded to North Green Street on reports of a disabled car with two flat tires that was blocking traffic.
