INDIANAPOLIS — A former bailiff for Marion County Judge Jose Salinas says he saw problems inside the courtroom that now resemble some of the claims in a judicial misconduct case against the judge.
Arivand Harber worked with Salinas for years. He says the judge moved quickly through criminal cases and expected his staff to keep pace.
“He expected court staff to know when to call cases, what to do, update cases,” Harber said. “He was very fast. He expected you to be ready to call the next case as soon as court finished.”…
