The most chill man in all of Philadelphia has sparked an investigation after a viral video showed him hitching a ride outside of a moving train.

The possible Jimmy Buffett fan, who was sporting one earphone and rocking an open Hawaiian shirt, was spotted hanging on the moving L train. In the widely shared footage, as passengers inside gawked, the nonplussed man seemed to enjoy the air running through his hair. At one point in the video (set to the old-school Spider-Man cartoon theme), the man (looking a bit like a Parrot Head Peter Parker) shot onlookers the “rock on” hand gesture. Otherwise, he simply hung on, unfazed, while going through a tunnel and arriving outside.
