OKLAHOMA CITY – Drivers across the Oklahoma City metro could see delays on several major highways as lane closures and ongoing construction continue this week and through the end of September.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said the work includes closures on I-35 in Norman, I-40 near Calumet and the I-35/I-44 interchange. All projects are weather permitting.
I-35 closures in Norman and Oklahoma City
Northbound and southbound I-35 will be narrowed near Tecumseh Road in Norman from 8 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday for utility work.
I-35 will also be intermittently narrowed in both directions at I-44 from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. nightly through September. I-44 will have intermittent lane closures at I-35 during the same hours…
