(BLACK FOREST, Colo.) — A driver who allegedly ran a red light caused a five-car crash in Black Forest on Monday, Sept. 21.
According to Black Forest Fire Rescue (BFFR), firefighters and medical personnel responded to the intersection of Burgess Road and Black Forest Road on Monday after a driver reportedly ran a red light.
“A moment of inattention or the decision to disregard a traffic signal can have serious consequences,” BFFR said. “Slow down, watch the road, and never try to beat a red light. Your choices behind the wheel affect everyone around you.”
One person was taken to the hospital for medical treatment, BFFR did not disclose the extent of their injuries…
