A man was shot several times Wednesday evening in Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood.
Around 7:45 p.m., the city’s ShotSpotter system detected 20 rounds fired in the 4900 block of Kincaid Street, according to the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department.
