EUGENE, Ore. — The U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF), in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern District of North Carolina Fugitive Task Force, located and arrested Lynn Blackthorne in Wake Forest, North Carolina, on Sept. 10.
Blackthorne was arrested and three missing children were recovered by U.S. Marshals Service personnel, the agency said.
Blackthorne was wanted after an arrest warrant was issued in Douglas County, Oregon in July, after taking her child who is listed as missing and endangered in the NCIC database…
