ST. LOUIS – A Pasadena Hills man remains jailed without bond for shooting a man earlier this week in north St. Louis City.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the shooting happened on Monday, Sept. 21 in the 4800 block of Sacramento Avenue in the Penrose.
Police said the victim was getting home from work and noticed Brandon J. Pool, 36, standing outside on a porch. Pool pointed a gun at the victim while the victim was still in their vehicle.

The victim called 911 and Pool went back inside the home. Police said Pool came back out and opened fire, striking the victim once in the shoulder…
