ANN ARBOR, MI – The property dispute that one local private school has alleged is preventing its expansion to serve with more kids with learning differences and disabilities is headed to the mediation table.
The Ann Arbor Academy and nearby site owner AMR Property Management, LLC, were ordered in Washtenaw County Circuit Court Aug. 31 to engage in mediation to resolve the issue nearly two months after the K-13 school accused its neighbor of breach of contract in pushing to dissolve a lease agreement.
