MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police said a woman had two young children in her car when she rammed another vehicle with a baby inside.
Investigators said Derricka Marshall was trying to hit another woman with her car in the parking lot of the Frayser Village Shopping Center Monday night and is now facing three counts of aggravated assault and three counts of child endangerment.
Employees at several businesses at the strip mall on Frayser Boulevard said it all began when two men and two women started fighting in the parking lot.
“And then after they fought, the girl got in the car, and she ran some girl over. I don’t know who it was, and then she came up to her side and hit the side of the red car, and that’s all I saw,” said a Subway employee who wanted to remain anonymous.
