NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 51-year-old man was charged with stealing a gun and watch from an East Nashville condo while the owner was out of town.
The theft happened at the 5th and Main condos off Main Street in East Nashville in mid-May.

According to court documents, the victim came home to find his water heater had burst and there had been activity inside the condo. Repairs and notification are required before entry into the condo, according to the victim.
