ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – The Taubman Museum of Art will debut its newest exhibition, “American Made: Paintings and Sculpture from the DeMell Jacobsen Collection” with a fun Opening Celebration on October 10 titled Through the Decades: Glowback Party!
“American Made: Paintings and Sculpture from the DeMell Jacobsen Collection” features more than 80 works of art by renowned American artists such as John Singer Sargent, Elizabeth Catlett, Mary Cassatt, Robert Henri, Sarah Miriam Peale, Thomas Cole, and Charles Alston, among others.
