NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A clerical error involving a Social Security Number led to the arrest of a Jessamine County woman who is still dealing with the consequences months later.
On May 30, Shelby Dela Cruz was driving from Jessamine County to her job as a pharmacy manager in Cynthiana when she was arrested and taken into custody.
Body-camera footage from the arrest shows Dela Cruz telling deputies they had the wrong person.
