The Conroe City Council unanimously approved slashing the required amount of parking for a planned multimillion-dollar project that would add retail, office space and high-end living to downtown.
Curtis Lindsey, with Lindsey Commercial Properties, had asked to include just 68 parking spaces rather than the 270 required by city ordinance.
