TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man is charged with molestation and sending obscene material to minors, according to court documents.
Samuel Johnson Jr. was arrested after apartment complex management flagged down police to notify them of an incident with a minor at the apartment complex’s pool.
According to court documents, Johnson was seen in the pool with the victim, a 15-year-old girl. Documents described Johnson holding the victim’s legs open while she sat on the side of the pool.
