BRIGHTON — This isn’t Brighton anymore. For the weekend, the city has transformed into Stars Hollow, the fictional Connecticut town from the early 2000s hit TV series “Gilmore Girls.”
The streets are filled with thousands of fans, many wearing “Gilmore Girls”-themed shirts, as lines for different attractions stretch far down the street. Businesses have swapped their names for Stars Hollow-inspired ones and fall decorations line downtown. Even three familiar faces from the show — Kelly Bishop, Scott Patterson and Sean Gunn — have arrived. Welcome to Destination Stars Hollow.
