Central Massachusetts is seeing scattered power outages from a nor’easter that has brought heavy wind to the region, and lots of rain is still to come, according to the National Weather Service.
Around 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, there were more than 2,761 customers without power in Worcester County, with the largest number in Southbridge.
