Stevens Construction has completed a build-out of Crews Bank & Trust located at 14261 S. Tamiami Trail, Unit 5 in Fort Myers, announced Joseph Cimilluca, special projects division manager, Stevens Construction.
In 12 weeks, Stevens Construction’s special projects team transformed a vacant 2,000-square-foot existing unit within The Park Shops at Andrea Lane into a full-service banking location as the surrounding tenants remained operational. Offering commercial lending, business and retail banking, treasury management and estate planning, the new branch includes a concierge desk, client lounge area with coffee bar, offices, conference room and break area.
