The strongest winds from this weekend’s nor’easter have blown past Massachusetts as of Sunday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. But during their peak, some communities experienced gusts over 65 mph.
The strongest wind gust recorded during the storm was 70 mph, which blew through Wellfleet around 4 a.m. on Saturday.
In general, coastal communities experienced the highest winds. But gusts as strong as 50 mph were felt as far west as Worcester County.
