HOUSTON – A woman was found dead in the roadway near 11450 Bissonnet Street around 1:47 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Houston Police Department.
An HFD ambulance crew was traveling through the area when they found the victim with severe head trauma. Officials said the woman appeared to have been struck by a vehicle.
A person later returned to the scene and told investigators they believed they may have hit the woman. Police have not confirmed whether that person was involved in the crash. The person did not show apparent signs of impairment, according to HPD…
