A Wisconsin teenager has a warrant out for his arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of another teen.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office identified Robbiel Stokes, 15, after prosecutors charged the teenager with first-degree intentional homicide. According to a criminal complaint reviewed by Law&Crime, police responded to reports of a shooting in Milwaukee just before 5 p.m. on Sept. 19. Police found 16-year-old Camron Bowen lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Prosecutors said surveillance video showed Camron on a county bus minutes before the alleged shooting, standing behind Stokes. According to the complaint, the teens were seen having a “heated” conversation before they both got off the bus…
