PAPILLION, Neb. (WOWT) – The driver connected to a crash that killed one in Papillion in Oct. 2024 has been sentenced to prison.
39-year-old Wade Harvey was sentenced to 8-16 years in prison for the charge of motor vehicle homicide-DUI.
Harvey will also have his driver’s license revoked for 15 years. Previously, he entered a plea of no contest to the charge, having it amended from motor vehicle homicide-prior DUI.
The Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a Papillion subdivision off Highway 370 around 1:10 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2024, where they found a Ram 1500 pickup truck that had crashed into a tree…
