The buyer was MMOF IV Tucson AZ LLC, an entity associated with Nashville-based Montecito Medical Office Fund IV. The seller was Camp Lowell MD Investments LLC, managed by Dr. Lawrence D. Kaye.
Built in 2005, the outpatient surgery center sits on 1.36 acres about two miles from Tucson Medical Center. The 16,628-square-foot building includes seven operating rooms, preoperative and postoperative areas, administrative space and a backup generator.
