PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — A 32-year-old Pikesville man was sentenced Tuesday to 12 years in prison for a 2025 police pursuit that ended in a fatal crash in Prince Frederick.
Savon Q. Samuel was sentenced September 29, 2026, by Calvert County Circuit Court Judge Mark S. Chandlee after being convicted of automobile manslaughter and fleeing and eluding.
