WILLIAMSPORT — Two leaders of an interstate auto theft ring that operated over a 10-month period in 2023 and 2024 have received federal prison terms.
The sentencings on Tuesday in U.S. Middle District Court of Jose Otero Nieves, 43, of Baltimore County, Maryland, and Ian Quintana Torres, 23, of Philadelphia, concluded the prosecution of nine individuals in the case.
