A flea market dispute in Warren led to a suspect facing murder charges after the buyer allegedly drove his van twice into the victim, authorities said.
Zarick Lamont Johnson, 41, of Detroit was arraigned Tuesday on charges including first-degree murder after authorities said Johnson drove a van into the victim, Mirhad Cehic, 59, of Detroit, on Saturday after he said he bought a power washer that didn’t work, police said.
Cehic sold Johnson the power washer at the County Line Trade Center at 20900 Dequindre Road, police said. Johnson left and found the power washer did not work. He and his female passenger returned to the trade center to talk to Mirhad Cehic. An argument developed between Johnson and Mirhad and his brother, Senad; a fight ensued.
