OAK RIDGE, Tenn. (WATE) — An Oak Ridge man took out a $20,000 loan to re-roof his house and repair some trusses, but a codes inspector said the job wasn’t done right. 6 News called the roofing company, and they agreed to make things right.
Frank Tuck had a new roof installed in mid-July. He’s lived at his home for 30 years. He said the crew finished in one day, but didn’t complete repairing the trusses in his attic, which Tuck said he had paid for.
