BLUFFTON — Tri Pointe Homes has started site preparation on a 60-acre parcel in Bluffton. It’s the final residential development project in the popular New Riverside neighborhood.
Located on the west side of Bluffton, the project will add 76 single-family homes to New Riverside’s 3,600-acre planned residential and mixed-use development.
