EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The 19th annual Chalk the Block event will bring its colors back to Downtown El Paso Saturday, Oct. 4, through Sunday, Oct. 5.
The arts festival will take place at the Downtown Arts District, located at 400 West San Antonio Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 4.
City officials said Chalk the Block will feature over 200 local and visiting artists, an art competition, interactive art installations, live music, hands-on activities, an artisan marketplace, community chalking, and more…
