The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has completed the Ann Arbor-Saline Road Hill Cut project on the border of Lodi and Pittsfield townships.
The intersection of Ann Arbor-Saline and Ellsworth roads officially reopened to traffic Friday, Sept. 25.
