Investigators are looking for a female driver who “intentionally” ran over and killed a puppy with her minivan in Santa Ana this month, the city’s police department announced Wednesday.
The incident was initially reported on Sept. 8 when animal services officers were sent to Park Lane, off the 5 Freeway, regarding a dead black-and-white male pit bull mix.
