San Jose tech campus lands buyer for well over $260 million

SAN JOSE — A North San Jose office campus home to multiple tech companies was acquired at a price that is well above what the property was sold for just five years ago, public records show.

Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm Preylock Holdings bought the campus known as Assembly at North First for $264.9 million, documents filed on Sept. 30 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.
