HARLINGEN, Texas (Border Report) — The growing number of arrests by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers outside schools and other community gathering places in Southern California is causing a “state of terror,” says Alor Calderon, executive director of the Employee Rights Center in San Diego.
In the latest episode of Border Report Live, Calderon spoke with host Sandra Sanchez on ICE arrests as families drop off children at Pre-K or elementary schools, as well as ICE’s presence at San Diego City College.
