SPRINGBORO, OH — Trick-or-Treat Night in Springboro will be Saturday, October 31, 2026, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. This is not a City-sponsored event. As always, it is the parents’ decision whether children should participate in activities.
Springboro’s Trick-or-Treat is always observed on October 31 along with most area communities. The Springboro Police Department reminds all participants of the following precautions:
DO:
- Carry a flashlight.
- Go in groups with at least one adult.
- Go to houses with the lights on.
- Make sure shoes fit and costumes are short enough to prevent tripping.
- Use common sense. If something feels wrong, it probably is.
- Dress for the weather. October brings cooler weather and sometimes windy and rainy conditions.
DON’T:
- Wear masks or any costumes that would interfere with vision or walking.
- Go into a home of someone you do not know.
- Eat any candy or other items until it has been checked by an adult.
Motorists are reminded to be extra cautious when driving and to watch for children crossing streets…
