WESTBOROUGH – Ferris Development Group, a Southborough-based real estate firm, continues to consider options for Westborough’s 1 Research Drive, a prime parcel of land off of Route 9 with proximity to Interstate 495.
Its latest proposal calls for several warehouses.
According to a site plan submitted to the Planning Board on September 4, Ferris Development Group is seeking to remove 497 of the site’s 1,181 existing parking spots.
