LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A grand jury has indicted Jon Ponder, the founder of Hope for Prisoners, expanding a criminal case that now includes allegations from seven people dating back to 2015.
The indictment, filed Wednesday, includes four counts of sexual assault and two counts of first-degree kidnapping. In total, 25 counts remain after a judge dismissed one charge at the state’s request.
