Kolter Urban and BH Group have begun development of the ultra-luxury Olana Naples Residences after obtaining a $197 million construction loan.
Each unit will encompass 10,000 square feet and have 80 feet of uninterrupted beachfront views, as well as outdoor living spaces and in-home wellness amenities. They will also come with climate-controlled wine rooms, soundproofed theaters, wet bars, club rooms and game lounges.
The development will also feature direct beachfront access, concierge services and resort-style amenities that will offer “the privacy, space and personalized lifestyle of a single-family estate with the convenience of luxury condominium living,” according to an announcement…
