After nearly 25 years in Plano, SPIARS Engineering is putting more of its operations under one roof and planning to add employees along the way.
The North Texas civil engineering and surveying company signed a 32,000-square-foot lease at Assembly Park, where it will consolidate two existing offices into a single location. SPIARS expects to have about 80 employees there when the office opens and plans to grow the team to roughly 115 to 120 employees in the coming years.
