An engaged couple went into the emergency room and came out married — all thanks to a group of medical professionals at an Alabama hospital.
John Como, 79, and his fiancée, Diane, had planned to have their marriage certificate notarized on Saturday, Sept. 5, but their plans were derailed after they received a call from Como’s doctor asking him to head straight to the Huntsville Hospital Emergency Department, according to a press release from the hospital.
