Delco Emergency Services Director Guilty Of Assaulting Employees On Job: AG

A former Delaware County Emergency Services director has been convicted of indecently assaulting two employees while he was in charge of the county agency responsible for emergency response, Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced on Friday, Oct. 2.

Timothy A. Boyce, 63, was found guilty by a Delaware County jury of two counts of indecent assault and two counts of harassment following four days of testimony, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
