A lost pool bet worth several hundred dollars ended with 14 bullet holes in a car and two gunshot wounds — and nearly four years later, the Pennsylvania shooter has been sentenced to state prison.
Jan Carlos Cruz-Rivera, 30, of the 200 block of North Marshall Street in Lancaster, was sentenced to six to 15 years in state prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday, Sept. 22, to aggravated assault and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced in an update on Friday, Oct. 2.
