LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — An investigation is underway after a Kentucky man was killed when his vehicle crashed into a tree late Friday night in Lexington.
According to the Fayette County Coroner’s Office, Stefan D. Elsea, 32, of Salyersville, was in a passenger vehicle that crashed into a tree around 11 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 2000 block of Russell Cave Road.

The Lexington Fire Department transported Elsea to UK Chandler Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
