Broadway bar facing $30M lawsuit over alleged assault

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An English tourist is suing a Broadway bar and its affiliates, alleging the bouncer left him bloodied and unconscious on the sidewalk last fall.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Davidson County circuit court, seeks $30 million in damages. It’s the second bouncer-related lawsuit against the Lucky Bastard Saloon in less than five years.

According to the most recent complaint, the young man and his family were visiting Nashville to celebrate his father’s 60th birthday.
