Family and friends chanted Royce Witchet’s name inside Fallbrook Church on Saturday morning as they remembered the 15-year-old shooting victim and sent a message: Gun violence has to stop.
More than 100 people filled the church for the service to remember the Westfield High School student who was fatally shot Sept. 22 while walking near the school.
