TOMBALL, Texas – The principal of Grand Oaks Elementary School will return to campus Tuesday after Tomball ISD says it took “appropriate disciplinary action” over comments captured on a voicemail the district previously described as unprofessional.

Principal Heather Myers had been placed on administrative leave while the district investigated the recorded comments.
In a new letter sent to Grand Oaks Elementary families and staff Friday, Tomball ISD confirmed Myers will return to campus Tuesday, Oct. 6.
