TULSA, Okla. – Field experts began excavating Block L at Oaklawn Cemetery on Oct. 2 as the investigation for possible victims of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre continues.
The excavation is taking place along the south side of Section 20. The area is being explored because eyewitness Clyde Eddy identified the general location as one that could potentially contain Race Massacre victims.
